The Opportunity:
The Project Support Analyst will work in the Consulting Department in support of a contract with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to perform Portfolio Servicing Analysis. The Project Support Analyst will provide analytical and research support for the project and participate in organizing and documenting tasks. Uses automated tools to collect and compile data and prepare requisite reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including uploading and downloading data within the data warehouse, updating Excel spreadsheets, preparing form letters and emails, and managing Mailbox for Lenders
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation, data, and reports
- Use Excel, Monday.com, and Power BI to organize, analyze, and visualize data for reporting
- Data reporting contributes to project planning and overall strategy
- Report key performance indicators and present them to Key Stakeholders
- Assess and recommend project remediation or enhancement to optimize project performance
- Provide overall operational project support through liaising internal and external communication, scheduling and attending meetings, drafting meeting minutes and status reports, and other duties as assigned.
- Assisting with resource management of approximately (8 staff) throughout the review process and coordinating all team members to keep the workflow on track
- Act as the primary technology point of contact for training, support, and reporting within the project tool Monday.com and other platforms
You Have:
- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting from an accredited university
- At least 3 years experience providing support in a corporate setting
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as clients
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams, Box.com, and e-mail applications
- Interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com software is preferable
- Skilled in data analysis for visualization primarily related to descriptive and predictive analytics
- Must be dependable and willing to support the team to meet tight deadlines
- U.S. Citizenship
Nice If You Have:
- Strong MS Excel skills and/or data programming with R, Power BI, or SQL is desired
- Organized individual with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication is key in explaining audit findings.
- Problem-solving abilities that will help you analyze problems, evaluate alternative solutions, and make sound recommendations to address issues and improve reporting accuracy.

Clearance:

Salary
Salary at Williams Adley is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $62,500.00 (annualized USD) based on experience, skills, and certifications. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Williams Adley’s total compensation package for employees.
